Leigh Anderson, having held position as a Depute Head Teacher in a Glasgow Secondary school sector, is a distinguished educator with a rich academic background. Armed with a BA (Hons) in Religion and Philosophy, a PGDE in Secondary Education, and an ATQ (Additional Teaching Qualification) in History, Leigh brings a diverse range of subject expertise to our educational leadership team. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through her Masters in Education Leadership, complemented by qualifications in 'Thinking About Headship' and 'Into Headship' from Education Scotland.
As a PVG-registered and GTCS-registered teacher, Leigh's dedication to the well-being of our students is unwavering. Serving as the Child Protection Lead, she is not only competent but also fully trained in child protection and safeguarding, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment for all. Leigh's commitment to pedagogical excellence is underscored by her GTCS Professional Awards in 'Leading Learning in Making Thinking Visible' and 'Leading Learning in Improving Pedagogy.'

As a PVG-registered and GTCS-registered teacher, Jo is not only highly competent but also fully trained in child protection and safeguarding, ensuring the well-being of our students. Jo's dedication to trauma-informed practices is evident through her qualifications in 'Solihull Trauma Training,' further enhancing her ability to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
As a Level 1 Pivotal Education Instructor and an SQA marker, Jo's multifaceted skill set contributes significantly to our commitment to delivering quality education and fostering the holistic development of our students.

As a PVG-registered professional, Mark is not only Mental Health First Aid trained but also adept and fully certified in child protection and safeguarding. His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, having served as a former Board Member of the Central College of Commerce and previously an Associate Member of Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education, actively contributing to quality assurance through inspection processes.
A GTCS-registered teacher, Mark is highly competent in delivering vocational education to children and young people, providing invaluable support and guidance to secondary-aged individuals as they navigate formal qualifications. Mark's dedication to fostering a positive and enriching educational environment aligns seamlessly with our mission, making him an integral part of our team.
